Our support is easy as 1.2.3

Determine your needs: TPGTEX is committed to focusing on your needs. We will only recommend supports that fits your budget, requirements and hours of operation. Do you have a third shift? Does your company needs to know that no matter what time of day or night it is, you are covered?

Choose the support level you want: You can choose from one of our regular plans or we can cater our plans to you.
Our regular plans are:
Platinum - 24 x 7 x 365
Gold - 9:00am - 5:00pm CST 7 days a week
Silver - 9:00am - 5:00pm CST 5 days a week (not including holidays)
Block of hours - You can choose from as little as 10 hours
By incident - Just pick up the phone and call us (you pay by the hour. Min of 1 hour charge per incident.)

Hardware - bar code scanners, thermal printers, laser printers and computers.

Software - Label design software, custom applications and modification to current applications.

We can also support equipment and software we did not sell to you - call us to find out more.
