Help Desk Support –
Our systems engineers are in place to answer questions on
the first call. Our Support Staff is at your service 24
hours a day, every day to address your questions as quickly
as possible.
Roll Out Support – Our systems engineers are experienced
in large scale rollout of systems allowing you to have the
comfort up front the job will be done right.
On-Site Support – Often
times the need presents itself requiring a systems engineer
to arrive onsite to provide additional training or trouble
shoot and resolve problems.
TPGTEX
encourages you to have an Annual Support Contract.
Ongoing Support ensures that there will be no interruption
in access to telephone support services, which are so vital
to keeping your labeling systems in your company up and operational.
We'll notify you when your contract is due for Renewal.
You
can purchase Support Packages in pre-paid
X amount of hours according to your forecasts and needs
Purchasing Support "Per Incident"
Companies requiring technical support on products, which are
no longer covered by warranty or under a Support Contract,
may purchase technical support on a "Per-Incident"
basis. If you're considering purchasing this option, keep
in mind, that a TPGTEX Annual Support Contract actually gives
you a much greater return on your investment should you require
software upgrades, enhancements and telephone technical support
services.
